Sign-Up for e-statements Now!
e-statements are electronic versions of your
paper statement. It provides you an
alternate way to view and print your monthly or
quarterly statement from your computer, utilizing
internet-based technology and eliminating the need
for paper statements.
Once you enroll in e-statements, you will not
receive a paper statement.
If you decide you do not like e-statements, you can
de-enroll and receive a paper statement again.
e-statements are Secure. Our
e-mail statement notification service sends you only
a notice that your statement is ready to view and
does not include your actual statement; no
confidential financial information is transmitted by
email. You can access your statement on-line
anytime through a secure site. All log in and
password information is kept off internet accessible
physical areas.
e-statements are typically made available
sooner than your paper statement
since they don't have to be mailed. You should
receive an email by the 1st day of the month.
The deadline for signing up is the 27th of each
month. If you sign up after that date, your
request will be processed for the next month end.
Remember to
Update your E-mail Address. If
you change Internet Service Providers, or even
change your primary e-mail address, just log on to
e-statements and update your email address. When you
change your primary e-mail address the effect will
be immediate.

information and counseling
six days a week.
Through BALANCE, members
will receive free, unbiased
information and assistance.
To use the new services,
simply call, toll-free,
1-888-456-2227. Counselors
are available Monday through
Thursday,
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.,
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m. and Saturday, 11:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In many cases BALANCE
counselors can answer your
questions immediately. If
you're wondering how long
something stays on your
credit report or whether
it's better to lease or buy
a car, you'll get the
answers as soon as you
call. For those with more
complex issues, like debt
problems or budget issues,
an appointment will be
scheduled allowing enough
time to go over your budget
and discuss options.
If bill payments are an
issue, simply reworking your
current budget is not enough
to help you get back on
track. Your counselor may
be able to arrange a Debt
Management Plan and
negotiate with creditors to
reduce payments, interest
charges and fees as you work
toward paying off your debt.
There is no charge for you
for a Debt Management Plan.
